DKBBQ is a Barbeque Chef business. There is no resturant to go to.

David's motto is "I do my best to make the Worst". It really is about making BBQ that people like to eat. The prizes and first or last place is not the important part. It is the smiles and enjoyment that comes from making a good product.
 
The "Worst" in the title? I was inspired by Rudy's BBQ in Texas. Rudy's claimed to have the worst in Texas. I staked the claim for the worst in South Carolina. Many have asked me to change this, even my wife. Not happening.


DKBBQ History
It all started with a Christmas gift of a Chargriller smoker. The BBQ bug bit hard and David started learning the art of slow smoked BBQ. Now 10 years into this "Hobby", david is cooking on a Junior Hilton custom grill. He has cooked well over 2 tons of Pork in the past couple of years.
