DKBBQ
Slow hickory smoked pork (boston butt). Pulled or chopped. Dry rubbed with DKBBQ Dust. Sold in volume. One Butt is about 7-9 lbs of meat. One week pre order required
DKBBQ WHOLE HOG
NOTE: this is very costly, as the hog will feed about 150 to 200 people. Rates vary by the size of the hog, between $500 and $1000. Cooked onsite. One Month pre order required, 50% down payment to order, and remained due upon presentation of fully cooked hog, before food service begins.
DKBBQ Ribs
Beef or Pork Ribs as ordered. Slow smoked over Hickory and prepared either wet or dry. A variety of rub types available. One week preorder required. 2 rack minimum
DKBBQ Brisket
Slow Hickory or Mesquite Smoked Beef Brisket, Whole or Half. Dry rubbed with DKBBQ Beef Dust. Sold as a chuck of BBQ, not sliced or pulled. One week preorder required. One brisket minimum.
DKBBQ Dust or DKBBQ Sauce
If you wish a bottle of fresh prepared DKBBQ Dust and or a bottle of DKBBQ sauce, just indicate when ordering. All DKBBQ comes with sauce sufficent for that order.
DKBBQ Chef service
If you have an event and would like DKBBQ to provide the BBQ onsite, we do offer onsite barbeque services. Rates are by plate rate.
Note all prices are based on market conditions. BBQ is sold in volume and not by the pound from the website. If you come to our stand at an event, we will be glad to sell by the pound or sandwich there.
